The assignment was to design 3 textiles for a public space and display them physically and digitally in a portfolio.

We began by selecting the space, creating a concept, and then were encouraged to use uncommon materials to make marks.

My motifs for this cafe were created with charcoal dust, rubber cement, fake flowers, and ink blots.
